Federal Reserve issues new rules restricting overdraft fees on debit cards

Next summer there is going to be new rules on banks charging over draft fee. Recently a lot of attention has been placed on companies charging to much. Change needs to come.

The exact terms have not been released but there is going to be a limit to the amount of times a bank can charge a customer per month. Now most banks do not notify their customers if they are overdrawn.

Banks make huge money off of people obviously already in financial trouble. I know I have been hit with bank fees in excess of $100 in one shot. Even if its a bank error its the hassel of chasing your own money and trying to explain to people why your checks are no good.

I am intersted to see the final rules the banks will have to follow

So Rianna has decided to do interviews now about her domestic abuse incident with Chris Brown. It seems like she waited until a few weeks before her cd release to decide to speak out.
She has had months to come out and say something but waited...im not buying it.

I understand she has had a lot of support and she thinks its important to share her story to prevent other girls from being victims but for record sales?

I like her music and I feel for her. Chris was out of line and he should be doing time.

A Facebook message saved Rodney Bradford from getting arrested on some robbery charges. He was being charged with the robbery but got off when he proved he was posting a status update far enough away from where the robbery happened.

He posted he wanted some pancakes and the update saved him. I wonder if this is an alibi we will see more of. Social networks can narrow down to where the post was done.

An expert on social media said this is the first they have heard of this as an alibi. My question is what is "an expert of social media"? That sounds like a fun gig.

Monday Night Football

Both teams, Pittsburg and Denver, have really good records 5-2 Steelers and 6-1 Broncos making this a really good game. After reading the rss feed from espn I know the Steelers are favored and I sure hope they win.

I was looking forward to seeing the movie "Precious" but it is only playing in select cities. I read on the BET rss feed that its such a great movie. I hope it is as good as all the hype makes it sound.
